The room block at the Westin St. Francis is just about completely booked. For those of you searching for other options, we wanted to let you know that we have secured a few beds at a nearby hostel. Check out the San Francisco Downtown Hostel.
It's located less than a block from the Westin St. Francis (seriously -- see the map here), where the conference is taking place. It's right in the heart of downtown, in a well trafficked, safe area, one block from Union Square itself, and super affordable:
You can reserve a "dorm" bed for $29/night, or your own private room for $90/night.
The room rate includes tax, continental breakfast, linens and towels.
All reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis and are limited in number. Each "dorm" room comes with four beds, and we have secured only four rooms (16 beds total). We have only been able to secure three private rooms in addition, so these will fill up right away!
