Earlier this month, Diane, the author of Big Green Purse, was a featured speaker at the Sustainable Brands ’09 conference, where she discussed marketing green to women. She speaks frequently to corporations, women's groups, colleges, government agencies, etc., about the "power of the purse." Diane has been featured in a number of publications, including MSNBC, Christian Science Monitor, Family Circle and Reader’s Digest, and has made appearances on Regis Live! and Fox News, as well as local radio and television news programs.
Jennifer Taggart
Jennifer, the blogger behind The Smart Mama, has recently been quoted in articles related to green cleaning solutions, buying safe toys for children
and household cleaning. She has blogged on green issues for a variety of national and local sites, and has been interviewed on several radio programs. Additionally, Jennifer recently published a two-page spread in Earnshaw's on the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA).
Siel Ju
Locally, Siel blogs about her community’s green scene at Green LA Girl. She has also been published in the Whole Life Times, LATimes.com – Emerald City section, and is a regular contributor on the Mother Nature Network. Siel is also a regular speaker in her community on eco issues and sustainable living.
Sommer Poquette
Sommer, who writes at Green and Clean Mom, was rated in 2009 by Nielsen-Online among the Power Mom 50, and recently gave an interview about green issues on Blog Talk Radio. Sommer also maintains a ning network for eco-conscious parents.
