Just booked the 3rd to the 9th & super impressed they're honouring the special rate outside of Conference dates to accomodate the tourists who are making a vacation out of it! Cannot wait!!

I tried to make an online reservation today & cannot get the special rate. If we can't get the rate, I'm afraid I won't be able to attend as I'm going with the hubby (translation - no one will want to share a room with us) and we cannot afford almost $400/night CAD!

I'm hoping this is just a glitch as I all ready have my conference ticket! Does anyone have any information?

I'm booking as soon as you open. Come hell or high water I'm travelling from Perth, Western Australia to be part of this conference. And then I'm going to come back to Oz and show my fellow Aussie bloggers all I've learned from my American cousins!

The room rate for 3 people does go up to $219.00 per night plus taxes.  Email me when you can lori@blogher.com

My mother just made our reservations for a double.  I am bringing my daughter and we will share one of the beds.  But they charged my mother an extra $20 a night (we're staying 4 nights so that's $80 more).  That doesn't seem right to me.  Do you know if that's a mistake?  It seems a lot of people will want to share rooms to save money, and this can really bump up the price.   Just wondering.  This is what we were charged...

I got my room just now.  It is more than $199 a night if you have 3 or more people in your room.  It was a total of $254.81 for four people (that includes tax)...just FYI
