BlogHer and HauteLook Announce "The Big Deal"

Sites partner to bring great deals to BlogHer's audience and help BlogHer's 2,500 affiliates monetize their blogs.

(LOS ANGELES) August 3, 2010 – Leading private sale site HauteLook announces its new partnership with BlogHer, the leading participatory news, entertainment and information network for women online.  As part of the partnership, BlogHer will introduce daily deals from HauteLook sale events to its blogger network via “The Big Deal,” a widget featured on and throughout the BlogHer network.

Monday through Saturday, “The Big Deal” will highlight one product from a sale event on HauteLook in the apparel, beauty, home or kids’ categories. Bloggers will be able to download the widget to their blogs and readers will be able to click-through to purchase the featured item directly from HauteLook. Bloggers will receive a referral fee when their readers purchase the item.
