Amy Chang leads Google's Advertiser Measurement & Reporting efforts, which includes Google Analytics. Under her direction, Google Analytics is now on over 50% of Alexa’s Top 1 Million sites worldwide, and has completely changed the face of the web analytics and media measurement industries.

Prior to Google, Amy helped build the affiliate and paid search channels driving user acquisition at eBay. She also spent a number of years with McKinsey & Co as a consultant specializing in semiconductor, software, and services.   She began her career with hardware engineering positions at Intel, AMD, and Motorola.

Amy has a BS in Electrical Engineering with a Hardware sub-specialty from Stanford University, and an MS in Electrical Engineering with a Networking Systems focus also from Stanford.

 

Nicole Lazzaro, founder and President of XEODesign, Inc., has twenty years of expertise in Player Experience Design (PXD) for mass-market entertainment products. She was voted by Gamasutra as one of the Top 20 women working in video games, and cited by Wired, Fast Company, CNET, ABC News, The Hollywood Reporter, and Red Herring. Her clients include: Sony, EA, Ubisoft, Sega, PlayFirst, The Cartoon Network, Disney, Lucas Arts, Nickelodeon, LeapFrog, Mattel, Monolith, Xfire, D.I.C.E, Leap Frog, Ugobe, The Learning Company, Broderbund, Roxio, Cisco, Sierra Online, and Maxis.

Since founding XEODesign in 1992, Nicole's design and research has improved over 40 million player experiences, including several popular franchises for casual audiences. Tilt World, an iPhone game striving for social good, is her latest endeavor.

Jacqueline Jones is currently the Executive Director of Strategic Partnerships and Innovation at Kaplan University. She currently leads the development of new content and products which focus on enhancing career and educational skills. She is also responsible for creating strategic partnerships with key content and media partners, including Gallup, Harvard Publishing, Black Enterprise, BlogHer, and Forbes/Techonomy.

In her prior role as Executive Director of New Product Development, Ms. Jones led a process for the evaluation and launch of over 20 new degree programs and 16 certificates in rapidly growing fields such as healthcare, information technology, and education.

Prior to Kaplan University, Ms. Jones was Vice President of Strategic Business Planning/Market Research for Cable & Wireless. She has also worked at other premier Fortune 500 companies, including Clear Channel Communications, Prudential, IBM, and Accenture.

She has been a guest speaker at the ANA Multicultural Conference, Harvard Business School , Wharton School of Business, Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, and National Black MBA Conference. Her articles have appeared in several publications, including Black Enterprise and The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Ms. Jones is a former Fulbright Scholar. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Wellesley College.

Ann Winblad is the co-founder and a Managing Director of Hummer Winblad Venture Partners. She is a well-known and respected software industry entrepreneur and technology leader. Her background and over 30 years of experience in the software industry have been chronicled in many national business and trade publications.

Ann began her career as a systems programmer at the Federal Reserve Bank. In 1976 Ann co-founded Open Systems, Inc., a top selling accounting software company, with a $500 investment. She operated Open Systems profitably for six years and then sold it for over $15 million. Prior to co-founding Hummer Winblad Venture Partners, Ann served as a strategy consultant for prestigious clients such as IBM, Microsoft, Price Waterhouse, and numerous start-ups. In addition, Ann has co-authored the book Object-Oriented Software and has written articles for numerous publications. Ann received a BA in mathematics and in business administration from the College of St. Catherine, as well as an MA in education and international economics from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, Minnesota. Ann also has an honorary Doctorate of Laws from the University of St. Thomas.

Ann has served as a Director of numerous start-up and public companies and currently serves as a director of Ace Metrix, Karmasphere, MuleSoft, Sonatype, Star Analytics and Voltage Security. She is a member of the Board of Trustees of the University of St. Thomas. Ann is an advisor to numerous entrepreneur groups, as well as Director and former Chairperson of SV Forum.
