Blogging basics: 6 steps....
This one is up, though the session is still running. They've been split into two groups so it's difficult for the liveblogger to continue covering.

Blogging Basics: 6 steps... notes and slides
Here's my notes on what happened at this session:
http://liz-henry.blogspot.com/2008/10/liveblogging-take-two.html
There's a lot I missed, especially in the questions and in what my fellow panelists said. Did anyone else post notes?
The entire first hour we were all in one group. Maybe our intrepid liveblogger had technical difficulties! 8-)

Great job!
Wow, this live blogger did a great job getting down much of what we said. (One correction: I take COOKING magazines to school to read, not cookie magazines, lol!) Kudos to Andrea.
I'm sorry she was disappointed we didn't know more about Yelp. I just never have time to look at most of those mainstream cooking sites.

But perhaps there is a market for cookie
magazines?
Erm, or maybe I'm just hungry. :)
Great seeing you!

Thanks to everyone who made the effort to liveblog these sessions for those of us who could not attend.
Liveblogging is challenging, and I really appreciate your efforts (and the quick turn around.)
Enjoy the cocktail party!

Wow!
WHat a great job everyone did! If only all conferences were this well organized and this helpful! Thank you!

Thank you!
Not only was the conference an amazing experience, thanks to the live bloggers I can learn from the sessions I was not in.
Thank you all for your hard work, and I hope the Reach Out Tour becomes an annual event!
Yes, thanks!
I hope it becomes an annual event too - it was great to meet other bloggers who actually live in my area, and I am definitely going to use what I learned to work on taking my blog to the next level. Now I have to go look through all the cards I collected yesterday and check out the blogs of people I met (and note to self: get a card for my blog before the next Reach Out tour!).

You may not have had business cards
But you did a really good job of explaining and pitching your blog. I remembered it. The "creating a life worth living" line that you use is great and immediately made me want to read it. Great job.

Thanks for the feedback!
It's good to know it comes across the way I want it to. This weekend was the first time I was with a group of people who didn't need an explanation of what a blog is first, so I had never really practiced my actual blog pitch before!

Another thanks!
I arrived home about 2 hours ago (a skosh less than 6 hours on the way home - not bad at all!) and I look forward to reading all of the liveblogs once I unpack and get some pajamas on.
Thank you for bringing BlogHer to the East Coast. Washington DC? You ladies are in for a real treat!
