BlogHer Conference '07: Get Business/Blog Cards and Stickers Printed On-Site!

The BlogHer Conference is in just a few days (wow!), and it's quite possible that you're doing some last-minute scrambling, trying to make sure you have everything you need.

  • Sunglasses? Check.
  • Laptop charger? Check.
  • Business cards with my blog's URL so I have something to hand to all the amazing people I'll be meeting? Erm...whoops!

Never fear! This year, we are offering business card and sticker printing right at the conference. Thanks to the kind efforts of Wendy Kline, you won't have to resort to scribbling your blog name on the back of a napkin when someone asks you for it (like I did last year, ahem).

Wendy will be located in the Lakeview Terrace, beside our other BlogHer sponsors, and will be offering the following packages, each priced at $25:
1. 60 URL stickers & 100 business cards
2. 150 URL stickers
3. 150 business cards

Note: these same-day services will only be offered at the times below:
10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. on Friday &
8 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. on Saturday

...so be sure to stop by her table and get your order in!

gee, thanks.

What a great service. I was just kicking myself for forgetting to do this before leaving home (I am already in Chicago, playing tourist).

Wonderful.

I went to the office supply store and bought a bunch of stuff, came home, designed some cards and was about to print them before a midnight showing of the Simpsons movie, when I realized the card stock I had picked up did not make its way to the register with me! Looking forward to the conference.

Awesome

Laurie and I went on a pretty heinous late-night adventure for last-minute business cards last year, so that's a good deal.

Oodleday, y'all!

Haha! We did!

Nothing like being abandoned at Target by a hotel shuttle driver! At least it gave us some good stories.

That is awesome! What will she be printing from.. standard templates or can you bring your own template in a specific format?

Business Cards & URL Stickers EVEN FASTER!

I'll be using a standard template. We'll be aiming for a very short turnaround time, around 5-10 minutes, and therefore we'll offer some great standard images that you can choose from. I think we've narrowed it down and found one for just about everyone.

The stickers will also be basic but functional. Again, this is meant to fill a need in as short a time as possible. No need to get stranded outside of the show.

It should be a great conference and I'm so glad you guys are excited about having this service available. See you Friday!

thank god, bless you and amen!

I just twittered a stream of profanity over my frustration that I can't get the card-thingy program on Word to do what I want it to. If I fail forever, I'll be first in line for Wendy Kline. BTW, what do people use the url stickers for? to post in bathrooms?????

Stickers are for laptops!

And notebooks, and cars, and bags, and datebooks, and folders and...

Yeah, totally running out of space on my laptop, at least for the artistic spacing I am currently maintaining. Kinda.

I put them on my laptop!

And I'm looking forward to getting some new ones to add (though I'm quickly running out of space and may need to buy a new laptop just to add more stickers!)
