BlogHer Conference Update: March 5, 2011
Happy Friday, friends! We are excited to share all the new and exciting things happening with BlogHer Conferences. We shall call it March Fabness -- as in, we are so excited and exhilarated! Let's start...
We are a few weeks away from the first annual BlogHer|bet -- a conference for the woman who wants to start something! A new business or bringing a new approach to innovation within a company, whatever you desire! And we are excited to say we are a few seats from selling out! Register today and join this amazing group of mentors and get your inner entrepreneur on!
Also, we just published the agenda, so take a peek -- who knows, this might be the best thing you ever do for you. But if you find you just can't make it to this conference, we have a solution for that, too: The BlogHer|bet Virtual Conference. It's a way to be there without having to move from the comfort of your own home or office -- hop over and take a peek.
We are quickly selling out, so now is the time to secure your conference pass for BlogHer Food '11 in Atlanta! Our Call for Ideas has closed and we'll be posting our agenda before you know it, so check out Elisa's post for all the timing details.
And now a quick PSA -- over the next few months leading up to BlogHer '11 in San Diego, you will see a number of party announcements being tweeted, posted, and otherwise announced. While this is a common occurrence for all of us, please note the only parties that are official or sanctioned will be onsite at one of the two venues -- the San Diego Convention Center or the San Diego Marriott. The official BlogHer parties will not require any RSVP, and you will only need your badge to attend!
And now a fun announcement! We are proud to announce the newest members of our BlogHer Conference team, Polly Pagenhart and Carrie Winegarden.
Polly is our new Conference Programming Director managing conference programming (meaning sessions) and Carrie is our new Marketing Coordinator, who will be managing all things "registration" -- please welcome them both!
Have a fabulous weekend!
