BlogHer Conference Update -- May 31, 2013

BlogHer Original Post

Happy weekend! We have a lot to cover so let's dive in...

It's here! BlogHer Food '13 is next week and we are thrilled to see all of you in Austin. But in order to get ready for this festive event, we need to make sure you have completed a few tasks in preparation. Have you...

And, if you can believe it, we have a handful of spots left, so if you are a Austin local and are ready for some food, fun and festivities, there is still time to grab a chair!

Onto BlogHer '13 in Chicago!

One of the really great things about the annual BlogHer conference are the keynotes! We've been fortunate over the years to have amazing thought-leaders grace our main stage and this year will be no different! We've already announced two of our 2013 keynote speakers, Gale Anne Hurd and Guy Kawasaki, and this week we announced Sheryl Sandberg!

In addition we're excited that, hand-in-hand with Ms. Sandberg's keynote appearance, we are also announcing a partnership with LeanIn.org... which will include a live preview of Lean In Circles immediately following her keynote, and unique content over the next year. If you have not already registered for BlogHer '13, now is the time!

But wait...there's more!

We've also been announcing detailed information on our conference sessions. First up, demystifiying the conference agenda. We know there is a lot planned for BlogHer '13, so Shannon took the conference agenda and segmented it for you. She has all the information in this post -- the when's, where's and what's are all outlined -- take a peek.

Next up, a detailed explanation of the Marketing and Monetization Track.  Here Shannon explains what you can expect, where the session is held and what equipment you may need, and let's not forget, there are details on how to determine if you are advanced or beginner.

Finally this week, the Tools and Technology Track.  Again, there is a detailed explanation on what to expect, where the session will take place and what equipment you may need.  So, check out the post and start scheduling your time with us at BlogHer '13!

Well friends, that will do it for this week...until next time :-)
