Bryant Terry's most recent book is The Inspired Vegan: Seasonal Ingredients, Creative Recipes, Mouthwatering Menus (Da Capo, 2012); Vegan Soul Kitchen: Fresh, Healthy, and Creative African-American Cuisine was published by Da Capo in 2009, and Grub: Ideas for an Urban Organic Kitchen, which he co-authored with Anna Lappé, was published by Penguin/Tarcher in 2006. Bryant will be talking onstage with Terry Walters and Elisa Camahort Page on Friday from 4:30 - 5:30pm about The Intersection of Great Food, Good Health, and Social Justice.
