Irish Soda Bread

This is a traditional Irish soda bread, crusty and dense.  Easy and no kneading required.  This is on my table every St. Patrick's Day next to a big platter of corned beef and cabbage.  It's great any time of year, try it toasted and slathered with butter and jam.
