I have a little secret: I am concerned about my son's future weight. He's not in any danger of being overweight right now, but it is an issue that I try to keep my eye on. Is he getting enough regular exercise? Eating enough healthy food? Growing the way he should? I am concerned about all these things.
Clearly, I read too many parent studies, and they weigh on my mind.
I am a milk drinker. I am not sure why, but it sounds a little funny saying that as an adult. It's as if drinking milk is exclusive to little kids. If you are like me, you love sugar. I love doughnuts, chocolate, pies, cakes, ice cream - practically anything with a high amount of sugar. I had a sugar addiction. However, I love how I feel right now more. I dramatically reduced my sugar intake over a year ago and will never look back.
