Listening to My Legs

On Saturday I planned on running 20 miles. I knew on Friday when I was struggling through a slow 5 mile run that my long run would be tough.On Saturday I woke up and got out the door. My legs hurt. They weren’t just tired. I actually said “owww” out loud to myself while running.
