Fitness Magazine told me to!

So I was on fitnessmagazine.com today and I was reading about motivation for work outs. I know it's January and every woman on the face of the planet is running around promising to lose weight/work out more/get healthy. But what I read on Fitness Magazine's website was that you should log your work outs every day. Hopefully this will keep me motivated. I'll start January 10, I promise. This week is my week of relaxation at home before heading off to college... Starting now though I'm giving up french fries at least until the semester is over....more
