Intro to Pilates (Weightless Wednesday)

One of my favorite workouts by far has got to be Pilates. I was first introduced to it in early 2002. I had a Pilates for Dummies workout video, and it was the first step on the road to wellness after being too ill to work out for nearly 5 years. I found the mat exercises easy to manage, and looked forward to my daily workout. It was also a great stress reliever, and I really enjoyed the results I got.
