Melissa Arca, M.D. from Confessions Of a Dr.Mom was selected as Editor's choice for Best Kids Health Blog by Parents Magazine for their 2011 Best Blog Awards. She recently became a columnist for The Sacramento Bee, where she writes a weekly Dr. Mom column. She also appears weekly on her local TV station, KCRA 3, reporting on pertinent pediatric health topics.

Julie Weckerlein's blog Julie and Martin won the Parents Magazine 2011 Readers Choice: Best All-Around Mom Blog award.

Katie from Marriage Confessions has an article in the fourth edition of Southern Weddings Magazine.

Adrianne George of Black Women in Europe released the second “a list of our own” most powerful black women in Europe that includes 35 women in nine categories. Winners include award winning authors, record-making athletes, model philanthropists and outspoken activists.
