Seeking Advertising/Marketing Assistant

I'm the founder of a new website (The Motherhood Muse) that publishes a new literary magazine on motherhood, nature, and children. I am seeking someone to help me acquire advertisers for the magazine (as well as the website, blog, and newsletter). In addition if the individual can help me market and promote The Motherhood Muse too that would be great. At this point in time the individual would work on commission only as I am the sole contributor to this website and magazine, so I don't have the funds to pay yet.
