Is Blogher a One of a Kind?

It's over a year now since I discovered Blogher.org and I can't even remember how I found this great site.

But are there other sites structured like Blogher where you can interact like this? Is this a dumb question on my part?

I'd really enjoy something like this with a women in business focus. I know there's heaps of WAHM sites. I work at home but am an auntie, not a mother.

I love the opening up of the online world with this site, especially when you're tapping away at the computer at night when you shouldn't be! But seriously, catching up with other women business owners online would be great in a way just like Blogher.
