When having large parties, I want all the food to be done and taken care of so I don't have to worry about a thing when people are here. Nothing is worse then doing a million dishes when I want to be relaxing with my guests. Last weekend, it was Simon's baptism. We did it on Saturday night which makes it fun to have a little dinner celebration afterwards, however, we weren't going to get back from mass until almost 6. By that time, the kids were going to be really hungry.
My Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer has got to be one of my all-time favorite recipes. And I couldn't be more excited to roll it out again this year having finally moved back to a climate with an actual fall! I can hardly wait for sweaters, colorful leaves, and apple cider. Football season has officially begun and it’s game day! My parents are fortunate enough to have purchased 49er season tickets to the new Levi’s Stadium. And today is the third preseason game at the new stadium in Santa Clara. My sister, her boyfriend, and a friend of mine cannot begin to express how excited we are to go! Let's face it - tofu kind of sucks. It's flavorless and squishy, and not in the fun way that babies are squishy.
