Wow, what a week! We have been gearing up for the event and now it's go go go all the time!  This train has left the station.  Here are some highlights - 

THE COUNTDOWN BEGINS - DRUM ROLL....BDDDRRRRRRRRR (is THAT a drumroll sound?) 40 days to BlogHer Business! 41 days to BlogHer '09! OMG...I just gave myself heart palpatations ;-) Let's see, hmmm, what to tell you?  Oh, I know...

Happy Friday my friends! Another exciting week here at BlogHer but I must admit, I'm ready for the weekend.  I have a couple of items to call out as we wind up the week... Keynotes - We have announced the BlogHer '09 keynotes - take a peek!

May 29 - seriously? I do not know about the rest of you but is this year flying by or what?  Since we are at May 29, that means we are less than 2 months out from BlogHer Business and BlogHer '09; that is just plain crazy! But I digress.  It was another very busy week for us here in our planning process.

Last week AdAge dubbed our BlogHer Business '09 keynote speaker the “Queen of Brand,” and deservedly so. Lauren Zalaznick, president of NBC Universal Women and Lifestyle Entertainment Networks, will keynote BlogHer Business ’09, drawing from her brand expertise to offer an exclusive look at what it takes to not only survive, but to flourish, in today’s economy.

Happy Memorial Day - it's a 3 day weekend for most of us so I hope you have a long, relaxing weekend. But before you unplug here is a summary of the week...

Ahhhhh, Friday - it is a lovely thing especially after a busy week here at BlogHer.

Happy Friday! As I type this I look outside my window at work and recall this weeks milestones and I think wow, we are a mere 10 weeks away from BlogHer '09 and BlogHer Business.  The expo floor is now fully sold and all sponsors are ready for the BlogHer audience. I am excited to announce the Friday night cocktail party will be ON the expo floor with the sponsors and I am preparing a fun filled night, details are still in the works but I promise you a night of fun and friends!

A Week in Review is on the back burner today so we can launch our Call for Authors! One of the amazing results of blogging is the opportunity to transform your blog into a book.  Whether it be self or agency published we have authors amongst us - and now we want to highlight you. If you are published and would like to have your book in our bookstore at BlogHer '09 please contact Elizabeth and she will assist you further. We will be accepting requests until May 31 so don't delay!
