Victoria Naffier
Victoria has worked at the Hewlett Packard Company (HP) for 20 years, and has been in the marketing group for 15 years. She has held many positions in marketing such as product management, technical support, market research, demand generation and retail account management. Her most current position is in the Retail Photofinishing group working as an account marketing manager. For many years she focused on helping to set strategy and direction for the digital photography group. She is well versed in understanding and designing marketing programs to the "mom" target, who is the primary focus for HP's digital photography products. The product portfolio she has worked on includes digital scanners, digital cameras, photo printing and consumer supplies. She has also held positions in IT and Personnel at HP.
For the Holiday 07 selling season she led a team to launch HP's home Photo Books. The team used innovative techniques around social networking and word-of-mouth marketing to accelerate and communicate the features and benefits of the product to the mom target.
She has an Undergraduate BA degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Iowa with an emphasis on computer information systems. She is a very busy single mom with 2 boys ages 7 & 8 who love trains, Pokemon, drawing and reading. She has lived in Colorado for 18 years, but still calls Iowa City, Iowa her hometown!
