BlogHers Act: Blog to the White House from WaPo.com

Leslie Morgan Steiner, who writes the brilliant and extremely popular blog, On Balance, for posted this morning about BlogHers Act, inviting her many readers to weigh in. Leslie's post, Blog to the White House, raises many inspiring and thought-provoking points, as do the numerous commenters. Go take a look. We especially love how she kicked it off:

"One of the most powerful unintended results of widespread Internet access is that individual voices can be heard in new ways on a national and international scale. You no longer have to be a journalist, a politician, an activist, writer or a hugely successful businessperson to make your opinions known."   Â

This is so true, and we are poised, all of us, to make such a major difference together. Weigh in on the issues that speak to you either here, in the comments below, or on your own blog. You have until June 15th.  For more background on BlogHers Act, here's Elisa Camahort's post and ours announcing BlogHers Act, plus a round-up from last week.
