BlogRolls

I have found that when people ask to exchange blog links, I am all for it and add their links to my blogroll. I do the same with my Technorati. My problem is that, well, not everyone is sharing the linky-love with me. Some of these "non-linkers" are people whose blogs I enjoy reading and often comment on. I am not one to burn bridges, but when do you say enough is enough and remove them (if ever) from your blogroll? I am fairly new to blogging so I am unsure if this is a common thing or if it's just me.
