The Body Shop's New Wild Argan Oil Collection Is Heavenly!

Prepare to fall in love with The Body Shop's newest collection: Wild Argan Oil Bath and Body Care Range.
Argan oil. Made from the kernels of the argan tree is a miracle item. It can be eaten; it can be used on your face, body, hair and can even be used to fight acne. The Body Shop has a new collection: Wild Argan Oil Bath and Body Care Range that is not only amazing for your body, but helps your fellow women.
Before I tell you about my own adventures trying out this new luxurious, heavenly smelling and oh-so-good-for-you products, I want you to know that The Body Shop is working with the Berber women of the Targanine Cooperative to create this line. They’re the Body Shop’s 26th Community Fair Trade Partner!
Here’s a bird’s eye view about the collective:
I got the chance to try out the Wild Argan Oil the Radiant Oil for Body and Hair ($25, thebodyshop-usa.com) whilst getting a massage at the Setai Spa. If you go, make sure Abby gives you a massage, she really knows her stuff. Anyway….the massage oil is lightly fragranced, weightless, not sticky and is easily absorbed into your skin. Before I hopped into the shower, I noticed that my skin felt so much softer and looked healthier.
Then I tried out The Wild Argan Oil Massage Soap ($6, thebodyshop-usa.com). This is one hunk of a huge soap! One side has bumps that replicate the feeling of being massaged. This type of soap is great as an aid to exfoliate and slough off dead skin cell layers. When wet, it immediately gives you rich, scented lather. The soap feels like silk and it definitely makes showering fun. After both treatments, I noticed that my skin was glowing with good health. My skin, even my (argh! Argh) rough heels felt like satin.
The Wild Argan Oil Collection is perfect for dry skin, soothes damaged skin and treats sensitive skin with kid gloves. I’m super sensitive and my skin loved, loved, loved it!
I now make bathing with the soap part of my daily wake up ritual. The super lathery soap (I mentioned that earlier) doesn’t dry out my skin. My basic shower now feels like a spa experience.
The Wild Argan Collection features 11 items, ranging in price from $3.00 for the Wild Argan Oil Bath Lily to $8 for the Wild Argan Oil Solid Oil Lips to $25 for the Wild Argan Oil the Radiant Oil for Body and Hair.
The collection is launching nationwide on July 28th, so prepare to indulge!
