As I read Kim Edwards The Lake of Dreams I was intrigued by Keegan's character in general, but especially his profession in glass working. I've always thought that stained glass and glass sculptures were fascinating.  Read more >

In Kim Edwards The Lake of Dreams, Lucy often comes off as angry and harsh. She's obviously unhappy but she's not really sure why. As a reader you question the motivations behind her actions -- is she acting out of love? Or from anger?  Read more >
