Books on blogging. Anyone?

I'm still pretty new to blogging - I just passed my 3 month blogging birthday. What I'd like to know is if there are any good books out there about blogging that you'd recommend. I've already got the basics covered I think, but I want to know about things like:

• the best ways to network with other bloggers
• the best places to list your blog
• how to develop your niche and write things that are original and that people actually care about

I'd pretty much like to know anything that goes beyond the details of choosing a blogging template, hosting service, and a niche.

Blogging is fun, but it also seems that there is more to it than meets the eye!
