Boston Cream Donuts

Say "I Love You" on Valentine's Day with Heart-Shaped Boston Cream Donuts. I started with Alton Brown's fabulous recipe for Yeast Doughnuts. The donuts were light and airy, exactly what I was hoping for. I filled them with Vanilla Pastry Cream and then dipped them in a luscious chocolate glaze. I finished them with red, white and pink heart-shaped sprinkles, perfect for Valentine's Day.
