Right on Connie
You need to create relationships with bloggers, that makes it a heck of a lot easier for the biz and the blogger. And if you don't have a relationship, pitch with the idea of CREATING a relationship with the blogger. She may not be right for your product/biz but she'll know someone who is and if you develop a relationship with her, she'll help you out by giving you names.
