Confessions of a Dr. Mom

When the American Academy of Pediatrics recently updated its recommendations for breastfeeding and starting solids, I was thrilled to see increased support and awareness for breastfeeding mothers. Then it didn't take long for the pendulum to swing too far in the other direction and suddenly, formula and/or bottle feeding moms were attacked on all fronts.
