Paleo Burger Stir-Fry

Burgers are not typically found in traditional Asian dishes just as bok choy is not generally found in any Western dish. But the burger stir-fry has both these ingredients - it's a fusion of Eastern and Western cuisines via a simple concoction of ingredients and spices and topped with a fried egg.  Perhaps it's the ingredients, or maybe it's the spices, or maybe it's the entire rather odd combination, but it tastes delicious!

I came up with this one day when I was trying to figure out what to cook for brunch.  What started as a few rather bland ingredients (burgers, bok choy, eggs, and bell peppers) quickly became something beautiful to photograph and really yummy to eat!  And let's not forget how nutritious it is too.  All that's left to say is that it takes just 30 minutes to make, and you don't need to be skilled in cooking Asian or Western cuisines to make this!
