Butterscotch Pots de Crème with Hazelnut Praline - A simple yet flavourful dessert. The custard is exceptionally creamy and it oozes in butterscotch flavour. The Hazelnut Praline was so easy to make and it was the perfect way to add a textural contrast to the velvety custard.
