For those looking for an intense yoga work-out, this DVD is an ideal choice. However, I would not recommend it for a novice yogi. These practices are very challenging and require much strength and flexibility. The pace is rapid as Saidman transitions from one pose to the next. Even the swift beat of the music prompts you to move along. The exotic tropical locale is soothing and calming as is the sound of Saidman’s reassuring voice as she guides you through the practices. The instructions are clear and comprehensive making this DVD a valuable addition to your yoga program.
