Can Diet make a difference in avoiding Breast Cancer?

Before I get down and dirty on the individual foods that are “supposed” to be able to prevent certain cancers. Take a look at the October issue of Eating Well magazine; they have a great piece on a few dos and don’ts that can possibly prevent Breast Cancer.
1. Drink moderately, if at all
2. Stay Lean, move more
3. Enjoy fats in moderation
4. Eat soyfoods, not supplements
5. Boost your vegetable and fruit intake
