Can Yoga Solve All?

A recent study found that breast cancer patients who practiced Yoga for 90 minutes only twice per week for a period of 3 months decreased their levels of inflammation by 20% and reduced their fatigue by 57%! Other benefits of this ancient art of physical, mental, and spiritual practice aims at transforming both the mind and body for total well-being. So, the question is ... is there anything Yoga can't do?
