By The Sisters' Soiree on April 17, 2014
Earth Day is right around the corner! There is no better way to celebrate than with this Casa Noble Jalapeño and Guava Martini we created using fresh organic ingredients, here’s to you Mother Nature!
Casa Noble Jalapeño and Gauva Martini
Yields two martinis
- 2 oz Casa Noble Reposado Tequila
- 4 oz Ginger Beer
- 4 oz Organic Gauva Juice
- 4 – 6 slices of fresh jalapeños
In a cocktail mixer add, tequila, ginger beer, juice and jalapeño slices. Shake until all combined, strain into chilled martini glasses. This martini is a light, refreshing drink with a smooth finish. For a real kick, try eating the jalapeños when your martini is finished, yum!
Casa Noble’s Reposado tequila is lightly charred with French White Oak (matured for 364 days to be exact) that gives this reposado notes of vanilla, chocolate and butter in addition to the citrus and sweet agave that is naturally found in tequila. The sweet taste is introduced with oaky tones followed by a long finish with hints of caramel and candied nuts shadowed by a subtle spice.
