Denise: @thatwoman is trying to explain the difference between erotica and romance to the 14 year old. She's not succeeding.
mochadad: There is nothing louder than 3 children and a beagle http://www.mochadad.com
Yes there is. Six children and a cockatiel.
haha my parrot screams just like my girls do. It's doubly annoying, because then my daughter turns around and screams at the bird to shut up, which makes the bird scream louder at her to shut up. Some days I want to drive ice picks into my ears.
njgeiger: made chili, fruit salad, crackers and cake for the youth at church tonight. Think we had close to 100 people.
Denise: Darn. I've lost my coffee. Again.
sassymonkey: So we have @thepioneerwoman blackberry cobbler out of the oven. Pork in the crockpot for pulled pork. It's a good eats Sunday here.
Nordette: Republicans pay lip service to denouncing yesterday's racist and homophobic slurs. http://bit.ly/bSq26o #politics #p2 #hcr
sassymonkey: If you had a 1kg bag of chocolate chips what would you do with them?
Make chocolate chip muffins.
Are they scharffenberger?
Denise: Liz: "What's wrong with eating paint chips?!"
sassymonkey: Once we put the groceries away I am going to make @thepioneerwoman blackberry cobbler.
really? yummy.
I've been in a baking mood lately. Make raspberry cake last Sunday. Now what I am going to do with the 1kg bag of chocolate chips?
artificiallyawake: Wonders how she got along without Blogher?
Denise: I'm going to do some laundry, clean my kitchen, get the library books packed up and then work on the unpacked boxes situation.
Denise: Florida peoples - I need quirky museums in or around Tampa or Orlando. NOTHING mainstream please. What have you got?
I love the Salvador Dali Museum in St. Pete!
Been there several times, for us = that's not quirky, heh.
erm, The only museums I have been to here is the Dade City Pioneer Museum. It's definitely different. http://www.pioneerfloridamuseum.org/index.php And of course MOSI, but that is too mainstream perhaps.
Ok
MOSI way too mainstream, though I love it because that's where I decided I wanted to be plastinated after I die. Heh.
Pioneer Florida is a possibility, definitely.
There is also the Dade City railroad museum, but I think to get into the museum you have to ride the trolly. It's quirky, they also have this creepy fascination with mannequins. I'm asking my florida peeps on FB, I'll let you know when they answer!
Denise: What was on my 10 in March 2010 list? I think I've forgotten.
Denise: Fiddling with the iRewards iPhone app. (We have added @thatwoman as one of my "children' to be rewarded for good behavior.)
Hey Jen: Work can #suckit for right now. I'm busy doing nothingness.
Boo nothingness!
Nothingness is a good thing at the moment! It's raining like mad and my feet are cold so I'm gonna go curl up under some warm fluffy blankets with a book! Least that's what I want to do, I will probably end up sitting here setting up my facebook page.
rain is better than snow , but I bet you knew that didn't you?
Yeah, I'm not really a fan of snow. The rain didn't last so that was nice! :D
Denise: Are YOU a bitch-ass parent? http://www.blogher.com/yeah-i-said-it
sassymonkey: Trying to meal plan but it's a weird week.
How weird?
A lot of tentative plans. Eg. tentative dance class for me on Tuesday, maybe dinner out Friday AND Saturday.
Dinner out - yay! (I"ll be at Waffle House, ahahahaha.)~Denise BlogHer Community Manager Flamingo House Happenings
If it goes the way I want it to, we'll be going out for sushi.
sassymonkey: I should probably get the pork in the crockpot so that we're not eating pulled pork at 10pm.
I need to actually pull some meat from the freezer so we can eat lunch after church.
I wonder if TW has planned anything for dinner. Maybe I should remind her that meet needs to be defrosted...
Denise: Eating apricot and raspberry bars for breakfast. Thank you @bleeding_heart
Mmm sounds yummy.
It was yummy. Really yummy.
Vita lingus: saw my beautiful friend Adam's show about his film Mary and Max simply divine film and show http://www.acmi.net.au/exhib_mary_max.aspx
