cdrdash *waves* The weekend's almost here!
GOOD MORNING!! :)
dcusentino Good morning to you!
Laurel Regan My weekend starts today at 11 am!  The "busy at home" part was getting ready to go camping this weekend near Mammoth in the Eastern Sierras!
cdrdash That's fabulous... so excited for you! Enjoy!
: OMGoodness, @cdrdash ! You need one of these at home. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hfY-SlC2XHc Best Dad EVAR!
: Pro Tip: In order to make coffee, you have to push the damn start button.

Big problem. If you could remember that, you wouldn't need the coffee. Well, maybe you would. I would. Never mind...
SunbonnetSmart.com I would but I would probably need the coffee less. lol
Better not to chance it...

Of course people are impressed by you. YOU are a ROCKET scientist for goodness sakes. I'm surprised that you don't realize just how cool everyone thinks this is. Also, oops -- now I feel extra bad about waking you up from your nap out on the grass by saying hello as I walked past. TW chastised me strongly and now I'm chastising myself strongly. :-)
Denise I guess I didn't realize how cool people think it is.  BTW, I was nearly done with my nap when you said hello so I wasn't chagrined by being woken up.
SO glad I had a chance to meet you! And glad that there was more good than bad in your experiences at BlogHer '14. :)
I promise I relate to each Rocket Scientist on their own merits, but, at the same time, I do not praise Rocket Scientists sight unseen or conversation unheard. My brother is a Rocket Scientist and he's an idiot. I am looking forward to eventually meeting you, Cathy, hopefully at BlogHer '15. I will bring placards labeled 1 through 10 and, by holding one up like they do in swimming events, give you immediate feedback. Enjoyed reading your post! And, when Denise woke you up, did you think you were in Heaven and had seen an angel? Just wondering.
SunbonnetSmart.com Nope, when Denise woke me up I did not think I was in Heaven and had seen an angel.  No pedestal for Denise.  I like her as an ordinary fallible human being ;-)
WHAT!?!?! Denise is INfallible. She is perfect. She has wings. I've seen them. Only, they were Fairy Godmother wings, but I thought, maybe, with you just waking up, and with the sun, maybe, in your eyes, that they looked like angel wings. Easy to make that mistake.
: Happy Thursday! I need to get some coffee!
: There is no coffee quite as delicious as weekend morning coffee.

: Got an advance invite for Spotify in Canada - signed up this morning & am already loving it!

Wow! And, it's *FREE*?!? Geeze! Cool: https://www.spotify.com/us/  "Music for everyone. Spotify is now free on mobile, tablet and computer. Listen to the right music, wherever you are."  I'm jiving as we speak.
SunbonnetSmart.com It's very cool! I've known several people who have signed up for it in the past, but until now it hasn't been available in Canada. I'm enjoying it!
: Happy Thursday! I need to get some coffee!
: There's a bird in our neighbourhood whose chirp sounds like a wolf whistle. Good for the ego! ;)
: Happy Thursday! I need to get some coffee!
: On walk to work: discovered it rained last night as the ground was wet and I saw a hawk or falcon flying with breakfast (a squirrel).

The rain was cool as it rarely rains in the summer in the SF Bay area and we need any we can get to ease our drought.
Yay for rain and for the spotting of the hawk. Both are awesome.
