Ohh new ink! Yay! I haven't had the itch since I got my back tattoo 5 years ago and it had taken me years to figure out that one. :)

sassymonkey My butterfly was spontaneous, but this next one is something I've been designing in my head for a long time. Which probably translates to $$$

Very nice. I'd love to have a tattoo (hopefully back of my left ear). But, would it hurt? How's your experience?

Hey there, Melissa! What design are you thinking of? Here's a neat book I was looking at today: http://www.amazon.com/Alphabets-Scripts-Tattoo-Des...

SunbonnetSmart.com I want a compass rose, something scrolly and feminine. I am thinking of having the first letter of my family's name as the compass points instead of N/S/E/W. Then maybe the saying: "May Wanderlust Always Lead Me Home." Sounds cheesy, huh? I dunno...all ideas for now, nothing firm. I need an artist to help me and tell me what NOT to do. :-)

alienbody Love compass roses....This design sounds neat...and complicated and painful. I can't get past the pain...Had you thought of a cross stitch sampler? JUST kidding..... :) I am amazed at the fine work the tattoo artists do now. I noticed there were lots of books on Amazon, BTW, when I went to grab the one I saw today for you. XXOO

SunbonnetSmart.com At $150 an hour, I'm going to make it as uncomplicated as possible while still getting what I want! I hope!

Woot! Woot! Where will you put it?

victorias_view Possibly the left inside wrist, maybe forearm depending on how big it gets. My other tattoo is on my right wrist....you know, in the most un-employable spots. I figure if I ever have to go on an interview, I'll just wear long sleeves. :-)

alienbody Very cool! Long sleeves are the perfect trick ;)
