Library books returned! Got three new ones and bought 3 books for $1.50 at book sale!
Only 40 pages to go and five hours of free time to read. No problem! I expect I'll finish in an hour!
Yeah, I have only read 40 pages since 11 pm last night. I did read a few more than 384 pages in the 24 hours before that though...
My fine is .25 a day. Maybe I'll return it on Monday so pay 50 cents.
San Jose Public Library is .50 per day/per item for late fees up to $20/per item. Ouch...behooves one to read quick-like.
Yep you can do it. Also, what happens if it takes three days - what's the fine for one day late? At my library it's only a dime. Totally worth it every now and then if necessary.
