Chicken Bacon Ranch

This recipe is very simple to put together, and only takes about 30 minutes to prepare.  

Things you will need
Two chicken breasts
Meat tenderizer 
4 Tbls Ranch 
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
Half a pack of bacon or about 10 slices
First, tenderize your chicken breast and make sure they are nice and flat.
Next, add ranch to the top of chicken breast.
Now, add your cheese on top of the ranch.
Here comes the best part!  Layer each chicken breast with bacon.
Roll up like a jelly roll, and cut into two inch slices like the picture below.

Place slices on a greased cookie sheet and cook at 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.  After that, switch oven to broil, move your chicken up a rack and broil for about 5 minutes or until bacon looks crispy.  Be sure not to over cook under the broiler.  These chicken pieces can dry out quickly.
