Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

Easy. Healthy. Delicious.

Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup applesauce 
2 medium bananas
1.5 cups chocolate chips
*makes 12 BIG muffins


1. Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips to form a thick batter
2. Stir in chocolate chips
3. Line a 12 cup muffin tin and equally distribute batter into each cup
4. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes
