Cinnamon Crunch Pancakes!

I have a weakness for delicious breakfast foods. Not just any breakfast foods, but really really good ones. So what I’m about to share with you is only the best.
What you’ll need:
Pancake mix (strangely enough I like the Walmart brand buttermilk that only requires water, I swear they’re so good!)
1 Tbsp Butter
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 Tsp Cinnamon
*Remember this is single serve, so double, triple and quadruple accordingly*
Mix up your preferred pancake batter, and set aside. Get your skillet warming on medium-low and sprayed with a non-stick spray. Once your batter has sat out for about 3-5 minutes and your skillet is warm, pour your mix in the skillet.
While that’s cooking, take a small bowl to melt your butter in the microwave for about 10 seconds. I had leftover “cinnamon” butter from Thanksgiving. But check out all the options. Score!
Once nearly melted, mix in your brown sugar and cinnamon. It will look like this:
Before you flip your cake, drizzle the cinnamon mixture into the uncooked side...
