Clarifying Your Values

First step is to effectively time manage what is most worthwhile/desirable to you. Examples: family, friends, home, health, balance/peace, finance, education, spirituality, etc.

Once you clarify your list it can then give you direction in your life. Where do you need to put focus on? Which values do you need to put time and energy into?

It's important to rank your values from most to the least important for you. Concentrating on those values you've listed to have balance.

You will then be more open and aware of how to set your goals. Goals are real and specific to your needs. Being true to yourself. March to the beat of your own drum!
