Climbing out of the Cubicle

I put in my 8 hours a day at work, and let’s just say that I don’t have my dream job. I work in a cubicle as a secretary for a big agency.
I work with wonderful people, but the actual work is boring, tedious, and unsatisfying. There are people who can relate to that, right?!?!
From my first day on the job, I knew I had to make my life after work meaningful and exciting. I used every second of my downtime to find stimulating activities and fun people. I have made a lot of friends and done some amazing things.
I have climbed Mt. Washington.
I have read a few books.
I have traveled to some great places.
I have been on many hikes.
Now that I’ve experienced so much, I’ve realized that my life is not about my 9-5. My life is about how I spend my 5-9.
I have also fallen in love with blogging.
This website is my next step to sharing my life, my opinions, and my suggestions to the world.
Sometimes, I just need to climb out of the cubicle……
