We all know that being healthy and active is important, but sometimes we have trouble staying on course. That’s why on December 11 and 12, Coca-Cola hosted the Balanced Living Workshop for select moms who blog in the Chicago area. The successful event helped attendees create achievable health goals for themselves and their families as we head into 2013 and beyond.
Throughout the course of the workshop, the bloggers learned about the importance of creating a balanced lifestyle. They had personal consultations with registered dietitians about eating nutritiously and participated in one-on-one meetings with fitness trainers about ways to be more active as a family. They also learned a bit about Coca-Cola’s active, healthy living commitments.
Coca-Cola hopes the workshop inspired these truly amazing women to achieve their health goals – and initiate important conversations about balanced living for herself, her family and her community.
