In most of the northern hemisphere, the weather is really heating up. Cold noodle dishes are one of my favorite things to eat when it's steamy hot outside, and these Sesame Noodles from Jeanette's Healthy Living have black soy sauce, sesame oil, and sesame seeds, plus just the right amount of thinly sliced vegetables.

Kalyn,
Thanks for featuring my cold sesame noodles - we eat a lot of cold noodles during the summer and this is definitely one of our staples in the hot weather.

Hope this one will be perfect to replace that lost recipe. I love them too, so tasty and easy.

Cold sesame noodles and haven't found a perfect recipe since I lost the one on the back of a bag of pasta when I lived in Oregon.
