There's a great new movie available online at www.storyofstuff.com
It's about 20 minutes long and describes the trap of consumerism and the consequences we are beginning to experience.
It's by a woman named Annie Leonard and she's passionate and clear about what's going on in this country and with our way of life. I think everyone should take the time to watch it and pass it on to your friends.
Then let's talk it about it. I know there are lots of people who recycle and reuse and repair their stuff. I do a lot of that myself, but I still have a long way to go. But we're no where near the critical mass necessary for a difference to be made and we are using up our resources at an incredible rate.
