Tuesday, February 20th--I like to get my kids involved in cooking. Yes, sometimes the cooking sessions are very messy and the oatmeal cookies may end up burnt. As long as they help in the clean up, I don’t mind. In my unscientific study, kids that cook are more likely to make healthy food choices. Plus if your kids cook, then you are one step closer to solving the picky eater syndrome.
I recently stumbled upon a cute cooking video series for kids by kids called "Two Girls and their Aprons." For more information on cooking with kids and to watch a this cooking video series, check out my MomathonBlog.com post at http://www.MomathonBlog.com.
