Cooking Scallops with DeeNice

A wonderful friend gave me fresh, huge, scallops a couple of days ago. I thought, Wow! this is great. But how do you cook these buggers?

I am normally not a scallop eating lady. But I wanted to try them, before they spoiled, since they were fresh.

So I wrote on my FB (facebook) that I needed help with a recipe. A FB friend, Lola Singletary sent me a delicious recipe.

I decided even though it was Friday Night around 11:30 pm I would go forth and cook. And I video taped my adventure.
