The Product:

At first, I was skeptical about using this foundation. Mainly because I wasn’t a fan of Covergirl’s other foundations. I did a bit of research and decided to try it out, and boy do I love it! Not only does it do everything it claims to, but I have yet to breakout at all AND it comes with a pump. I’ve never been so impressed with a drugstore foundation.
The consistency of this foundation isn’t too thick for the amount of coverage it gives in my opinion. I would compare it to the Revlon Colorstay, but way less thick. The consistency is almost identacle to the Makeup Forever Mat Velvet. I would even say it’s an exact dupe. It glides on so smoothly, and leaves a flawless, full-coverage finish!

My Skin Type:

I have rather oily, sensitive skin. It has taken me many years to understand what I can and can’t put on my face without it breaking out. I occasionally breakout from stress, but other than that, my skin is pretty clear with the right skincare and foundation routine. This foundation has worked great with my skin.

How I use this Foundation:

Because of the easy pump, it’s not hard to put a little on a brush and go at it. And that’s exactly what I do!
I first do my normal skincare routine and moisturize. After about five minutes, I use a flat powder brush, pump about one and a half pumps on the top, and dab the foundation evenly all over my face and neck. This amount is perfect for me, for it leaves me skin flawless. I wait about three minutes so that the liquid can set. After so, I finish with a powder foundation, bronzer, and blush.

After a month of use, I can say that I’m still just as in love with this foundation as the first time I used it. You can’t go wrong with perfect looking skin!
